Man fatally shot in East Oakland; fourth killing in two days OAKLAND — A 60-year-old man was fatally shot Monday afternoon in East Oakland, the city’s fourth homicide in two days, authorities said.The man’s name was not immediately released.The shooting happened about 4:58 p.m. Monday in the 4200 block of Jensen Street near High Street.The man was standing outside when he was confronted by at least one other man, who shot him before fleeing, authorities said. The wounded man died at the scene.Investigators were still working to determine a motive. No arrests were announced.The killing is the 72nd homicide investigated by Oakland police this year and the fourth fatal shooting in the city since Sunday. None of the four killings appear to be related, authorities said. San Francisco firefighters volunteer to help in Maui OAKLAND, Calif. (KRON) -- Ten San Francisco firefighters, all members of the Asian Firefighters Association, are headed to Maui on Tuesday to help with the relief efforts. KRON4 Reporter Will Tran is live this morning from the Oakland International Airport as the firefighters get ready to board their flight to Maui.
